I found the original version a promising game but with one big problem: the first 4-5 levels where too easy, long and boring, thus making me lose interest in playing again because each time I had to start from scratch and play the long boring bit again and again. Has this been addressed somewhat?
The early levels are quite easy, but there are many players who find them challenging to complete all the same. It's a balance.
However, if you start the game on Hard difficulty (a new option) it will be like starting on level 3 or 4 . Also try the new Survivor mode where the difficulty ramps up much faster. Or why not both at the same time?
Very cool ! I felt like Dave indeed, and this has definitely been addressed, yeah ! :-) Thank you !
Sounds great, I’m eager to try it. Kudos for a very polished game that now may be deserving of a wider audience than just Amiga aficionados
Oh yes, sounds like a massive update indeed !!! Thank you SO much !
BTW, for some reason, I can only see the adf in the downloads section ? :) Also, I couldn't mount the ADF under the WB 3.2.x.
It's a NDOS disk so you won't be able to mount it in Workbench. A WHDLoad archive will follow soon, it's just the ADF for now.
i'd like that too : ) : (
